Mono Sodium Phosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifying agent, buffer and nutrient. examples include: buffer in foodstuffs, ingredient in emulsifying salts for processed cheese, component other phosphate mixes for processed meat products. In the industry aspect, is used as metal surface treatment, binder in enamel production, pH adjuster for boiler water component of acid-based cleaners.
