Disodium Phosphate and its dihydrate are inorganic multifunctional additives. They act as emulsifiers, buffers and sequestrants, stabilizing pH, preventing calcium precipitation and improving ingredient solubility.

Widely used in food, beverages, dairy products, processed cheese and pharmaceuticals, they also serve in industrial fields including metal surface treatment, enamel binding, water treatment and cleaner formulation.
