Our sales and marketing colleagues are involved in a wide range of projects, including shaping product strategies, conducting market research, launching new products and ongoing customer relationship management. What makes life within sales and marketing even more varied is the range of stakeholders we interact with.

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in agrochemical area, 3 years and above senior management role is a plus;

A solid background of agrochemical and agriculture knowledge;

Good business acumen for marketing analysis and strategic planning;

Solid skill in sales and build customer relationships;

Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking;

Good communication skills with both external customers and internal teams.
