Application:
STPP is used in the quality improver of canned food industry, dairy products, juice drinks and soy milk and other; ham, luncheon meat and other meat products insurance agent and tender agent; in aquatic products processing, not only can play water and tenderized and from the expansion and the role of bleaching; in broad beans canned beans can soften the skin; also can be used is soft water, chelating agent, PH regulators and thickeners and the beer industry. Sodium tripolyphosphate added in food processing in general 3-5‰, the maximum amount of fish processing is 3%.
